Three years ago we took it upon ourselves to examine client reporting from a financial industry perspective and we were very deeply concerned with what we found. The industry was fragmented and highly inconsistent when it came to this critical area of client transparency. Interestingly, research demonstrated that clients selected “portfolio reporting” as a crucial element in the financial advisor – client relationship. In fact, several of our colleagues (financial advisors) reported that they had reported that they lost clients solely as a result of inferior portfolio reporting capabilities.
The Frontex course and mission was set.
Frontex Reporter would be developed to solve these obvious industry challenges. Originally conceptualized to be an in-house application, we quickly realized that it could make an industry-wide contribution and greatly improve portfolio construction and reporting for advisors and clients alike.
